On Saturday, we spent pretty much the whole day with my friend Sarah and her daughter, Jocelyn. The boys and I cleaned the house in the morning, and Sarah and Joss came over to play at our house around 10:30. The kids played while Sarah and I caught up (we hadn't seen each other in several weeks), and we had lunch.
After the kids all napped, the boys and I headed over to Sarah's for some backyard fun and a cookout for dinner. The kids had a blast! Sarah's neighbors came over with their two kids, and Sarah's hubby made a short appearance to eat dinner before heading to the casino with some friends. We had a pool, water table, bubbles, a sprinkler, and a slip-n-slide. The slip-n-slide was definitely the hit of the afternoon, though they did manage to all but empty the pool as well.

We stayed pretty late, and didn't get the boys in bed until about 10:00 but it was so worth it!
