After a very stressful, almost three year process of trying to sell our house, we FINALLY have an accepted offer on our home. And now, as of today, we have an accepted offer on a new home as well! We will be moving from Rossford to Perrysburg, about a 15 minute drive south of where we are now. Our original intent was not to purchase a new home, but somehow things fell into place, and now we find ourselves in the midst of last-minute construction decisions. We are now experiencing a new kind of stress, a good kind of stress...a kind of stress that makes it seem like the three years of hassle, heartbreak, disappointment, and frustration was all worth it. We are happy.
We should be closing in little over a month. We have a lot of decisions to make and a lot of packing to do in the next five weeks, but I'm sure it will go quickly. I'm excited, to say the least.
